Mary Lillard Intermediate School Offers
At Mary Lillard Intermediate School, kids are encouraged to do well in their classes so they can join sports teams and clubs. They are given this opportunity to learn what they enjoy doing so that when they get into middle and high school they are already used to keeping up with their grades as well as keeping up with practices, games, and performances. At Mary Lillard Intermediate School, kids have the opportunity to join the band and the choir. In each group they will learn how to work as a team, how to perfect their skill, and how to perform in front of a large audience, which will prepare them for their futures.
School Academics and Parental Involvement
All of the core requirements are taught at Mary Lillard Intermediate School. Students will learn their standard math, English, social studies, and science skills as well as elective courses that are designed to challenge and teach them in subjects they might show an interest in or an aptitude for. Staff at Mary Lillard Intermediate School asks that parents are as involved as possible. This allows parents to voice concerns and ideas to the teachers in an effort to improve the school.
