Donna Shepard Intermediate School Offers
Donna Shepard Intermediate School Mustangs are proud of their school. They offer kids the chance to join a number of different programs so that they get used to being as busy as possible before they move onto middle and high school. Each of the extracurricular programs at Donna Shepard Intermediate School is designed to help kids learn the value of teamwork and the value of healthy competition. Additionally, they are designed to help kids keep a good balance between maintaining their academics and enjoying activities outside of school. Kids at Donna Shepard Elementary can join the chess club, the whiz kids club, crimestoppers, the spelling club, and the geography club. There are a number of other clubs children can join as well.
School Academics and Parental Involvement
Kids at Donna Shepard Intermediate School are expected to learn as much as possible and maintain their grades. Extracurricular activities are offered as an incentive for those who keep their grades up. As long as students maintain good grades they are free to play sports and join teams. If their grades fall below a certain level, they will be removed from the teams and clubs they love. Additionally, academic success at Donna Shepard Intermediate is important to parents. Those who are involved notice that their kids show more enjoyment for classes and the subjects they are learning in school.
