Brooks Wester Middle School Offers
Brooks Wester Middle School is home of the Wildcats. The cities of Mansfield and Arlington are huge Wildcat fans, and many of the people you see out and about in both cities wear a lot of blue, black, and white to represent their favorite teams. School spirit is a big deal in this part of Texas, as it is in many parts of Texas. Parents, teachers, and students all do their part to celebrate their team, which often includes participating in school sports and programs. At Brooks Wester Middle School, your kids can participate in sports such as track and field, football, and cheerleading. They can join the drama club, the debate team, and run for student council. Whatever your kids decide to do as students at Brooks Wester Middle, they will do with enthusiasm and school spirit, because that is the Mansfield ISD way.
School Academics
Kids who attend Brooks Wester Middle School are required to meet standard grade point averages to play sports or participate in clubs and other extracurricular activities. Students who have trouble with various subjects can report for tutoring labs after school, and they can take full advantage of the large library on campus. Books from the library can be used while students are in the library studying or working on a project, and the same books can be checked out by students. If students do not return the books they check out, they are not eligible for graduation.Â
