Located in Texas, Kaufman County has a population of 103,350 as of 2010. This population continues to grow and it is a part of Forth Worth/Dallas Metroplex. The county was established in 1848 and Frank Reagh moved to Kaufman County from Illinois. He was originally known for some of his paintings and one such one was called The Approaching Herd.
