Liberty High School OffersÂ
Liberty High School has one of the nicest libraries in the district, which speaks to its pride in academics. The library is open for students to study, work on their homework or reports, and to check out books for pleasure or academic purposes. Academic counselors are on hand to help students choose the classes they need to take that year. They also help students prepare their college applications and essays. All students who wish to graduate or participate in sports or clubs are required to maintain a specific grade point average. If your child excels in school, he or she may be eligible to take advanced classes such as honors classes and advanced placement courses.
Sports and Clubs
One of the best parts of being a student at Liberty High School is being a part of one of the Redhawk sports teams or clubs. Students wear their silver, black, and red in support of their mascot and their fellow students to all games. Your kids can choose from clubs such as band, Business Professionals of America, the National Honors Society, Anime Club, Fashion Club, French Club, and even FFA. There are dozens more clubs students can join. Additionally, there are sports teams such as football, cheerleading, softball, basketball, and baseball. Students with a high enough grade point average are free to try out.Â
