Heritage High School Offers
Heritage High School has one of the best academic programs in the state of Texas. This program focuses on students who excel in the academic world. There are a number of honors courses and advanced placement classes available for the bright students in attendance at Heritage High School. Students at Heritage who opt to take advanced placement courses will be able to take the advanced placement exams at the end of the school year. Those who pass the advanced placement exams will receive college credit for those courses. For parents, this is great news. Your children will be ahead of the game when they enter college with credits already on their transcript, and that means there are less courses for you to pay for once your kids start college.
Clubs and Teams
While academics are of the utmost importance at Heritage High School, it’s not the only thing students and staff care about. The Heritage High School football team, basketball team, baseball team, soft ball team, and cheerleading squad are all outstanding. Additionally, the school has a theater program, National Honor Society Program, choir, and band. For those who participate in the theater program, the school has a massive theater that seats hundreds of people. It is one of the most impressive high school theaters in the state. If you want your kids to become Heritage High School Coyotes, they will need some maroon and gold so that they have as much school spirit as their peers. Â
