Attendance is compulsory in the absence of medical or religious circumstances. Should questions or disputes arise regarding these standards, parents and students have multiple opportunities to appeal decisions made by the school staff. For particularly gifted students, Comstock Elementary offers students the opportunity to obtain credit by examination for advancement for students in the first to fifth grades.
