Let’s go shopping for your Texas home!

Though I had a lot of restrictions regarding where I wanted to live, what I wanted in a home, and how much I wanted to pay. Ashlee showed great patience, dedication, and proactive-ness in assisting me with my home search. Her knowledge of the market and her years of experience gave me a great deal of confidence in her ability to lead me through the unfamiliar territory of home-buying. Thanks for the help. I was in the house buying process for over 4 years before a co-worker referred David. I spent 2 days complaining and explaining to David about what had went wrong in the past. He listened carefully and told me that my problem was not "me" but what I had been told. He explained what should happened , when it should happen, and why it is happening. A 4 year nightmare turned into a 30 day successful and wonderful dream home.

Just wanted to let everyone know that Mike Pannell found me another great deal that I'll be closing on probably by the 5th of June of 2006. It is in the D.R. Horton community just N of Fort Worth in Saginaw. It is a Cape Cod style 2 story house. 1960 sq/ft 4BR/2BA house, on a premium sized lot, with 'Hardi Board' exterior construction instead of brick. It is located in a master planned community with pool, rec center, playing field/park areas, etc. for a low HOA fee/yr. The house listed, and was under contract with a buyer for $159K. With Nuhomesource placing a bid for me, we offered $139K and they accepted the offer. I guess the builder can do this on failed deals because the previous buyer had put  down and lost their earnest $. It felt like they got me a pretty good discount. When this deal closes with a renter in it, I'll be preparing for the next one hopefully within a month.

Thank you so much for everything all of you have done. You are truly helping to change our lives. The last 5 years have been the worst of our lives and now maybe I can have hope that time does heal and everything goes on. I cant say thank you enough to let you know how grateful we are

We were very scared being first-time homebuyers and we didn't want to be taken advantage of. We called Nu home Source Realty and talked with Mike Pannell. Mike took time to explain all of the programs that they have for first-time homebuyers. He was extremely knowledgeable in all of the areas of town that we were interested in. Mike sat with us numerous times throughout the qualifying process with our loan officer and held our hand to make sure we understood every aspect of the process. We ended up getting into our new home in N. Ft. Worth with just $500 down. They had a program that paid our down payment for us, and Mike negotiated our closing costs to be paid by the builder! With another program, N.H.S. LLC lenders got us an interest starting @ 3.5%, so our first month's payment with taxes and insurance was $632.00/mo. For our home that cost about $107,000! We are extremely happy with their services, and have referred all of our friends and family to Mike and his team at Nu Home Source Realty.

We moved to Allen from another city. After searching the multiple listings we settled on three homes we wanted to tour. We contacted Deanna Bradley with the information and she set up back to back tours. She met us at the first property, on time and ready to work.  After touring the homes, we had a long lunch and by the time we were finished, we felt as if we had known Deanna forever. She is very personable and easy to communicate with.

We decided on the third home we toured and Deanna took it from there after she convinced herself she knew exactly what our bottom line and requirements were. Our trust in Deanna was evident when we gave her total authority to negotiate for us on one issue. She did and the outcome was better than it would have been if we had negotiated ourselves. The inspector found two minor issues that the seller agreed to take care of. After receiving invoices from the repairmen indicating the work was completed, Deanna sent the inspector back to ensure it was indeed complete and acceptable. Buying a home from a distance presents extraordinary challenges with the paperwork and other issues.

Deanna was spot on, always keeping us informed as to where we were in the process, etc. We never doubted she was "our" representative. The female side of the buyers stated "she's a little fighter."

We highly recommend Deanna if you're buying or selling.

Kevin,It was very nice to meet you finally on Saturday. I just wanted to thank you for all the work that you did to help Rochelle find the home she wanted. I can certainly tell you Avery is so in love with having his own room and a separate play room for himself. Although he did tell me I can sleep in his play room when I come to visit. Once I finally go to see the home I fell in love with it and several of her neighbors came out the day we moved in and introduced themselves and she was impressed with that. She was excited to find that the play ground is just 5 houses away and that she has access to the Country Club too. I don't see her playing golf but her brother will love to go pay to play a few holes when he goes to visit. He will probably leave his clubs at her house for future use.

I was very impressed with your hard work and willingness to hang in there with her as she went through what seemed to me to be at least 40 houses.

I would love to get your office address for future reference as I am always running into people who ask if I know good people to work with and I can add you to my networking list. Brent Jones was consistently responsive, helpful, and efficient. In our home search, I started out online, found the homes I was interested in, and then contacted several agents to help me from there. I just wanted to say that Brandi was extremely helpful and accommodating in finding a home for my husband and I. I would like to share my feedback concerning my experience with Brandi Hargrove. I have been living in a duplex in Euless for the last few years and was notified by my landlord a few weeks ago that he has sold the duplex and I needed to be out in 30 days. I began a frantic search for either a duplex or rental house in the Irving/Euless/Bedford area -- with Irving being my desired area. Visual listings are very important for me -- I need to be able to read the descriptions and look at the pictures several times. I especially liked that aspect of your service. "Overall very good experience when you consider these transactions by nature are pretty stressful. Brent listened to us talk about our vision for selling the house and how we would not settle for anything less than a premium price even though the comps all around us did not support our goal. Next door neighbor struggled to get $100 a square foot just six weeks before ours went on the market. The appraiser told us that what we were asking would make our house the most expensive by far when looking at the price per square foot. Brent never flinched never suggested we should automatically come down. He coached us on some of the challenges we would face and after a short while became a staunch defender of our asking price. Perhaps we were a little high to start but in the end we exceeded $113 a square foot compared to next door who barely got $100. If you want a fair and honest guy who takes the time to listen to what you want as a seller you can't go wrong with Brent Jones."
