Terry Spear

Terry has lived in the DFW area his whole life. After Terry graduated from De Soto High School, he attended the University of Texas at Arlington. He is a member of Metro Tex and the Collin County Association of Realtors. He takes many continuing education classes approved by the Texas Association of Realtors.

For many years, he has had the privilege of assisting individuals and families find the right home, condo, lake house or farm and ranch. He gives the same attention to the first or fifth home a client purchases or leases. For people not familiar with this area and do not have enough time to build a home, leasing is an option. Leasing will give them time to decide on the best area and school for their family. If a client is selling their home, Terry will schedule an Open House immediately after listing. If you are moving here from out of town, he can be your eyes, ears and boots on the ground. He once found a home for a couple that did not even see their home in person until the day they signed the papers. He found it, sent pictures, negotiated and they purchased it. That is having a lot of faith in him.

Terry also has a partner, his wife, Janis, assist him given excellent customer service. He loves his church, the Cowboys and Nascar. His family is small with one son, daughter-in-law and awesome grandson. He adores spending time with them. Terry is also appreciative of all the referrals his past clients have entrusted to him. He will take excellent care of you and your needs.

Terry moved to Frisco Lakes in 2016. He absolutely loves it and likes to show everyone all the amenities. There are too many to mention. He and his wife enjoy many socials every month. Terry lived in McKinney for almost 12 year before he moved to Frisco. He is very familiar with Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Plano, Prosper, Celina, Little Elm, Carrollton, Lewisville, Denton and sorrounding areas.
