I can not begin to express my gratitude, especially during such stressful times, how seamless, how quick, how professional and how stress free working with Amelia made this. I have worked with many agents since I have been an estate manager, and have helped clients through this has been frustrating, there have been pitfalls and mistakes. This went without a hitch. I got video chats, multiple emails and texts, calls to check-in, even as everything was going so well and never did the agent assume that I would or would not want something, she always checked first! Amelia comes from the heart-it's about relationships, hard work, ethics and getting the job done. Would never use anyone Big name firms-I've used them and did not get this personal attention and actually, did not get the same quality of staging, or photographs, or communication from them. Amelia worked with us closely though we were in Idaho, helping with and even doing some remodel and updating on our unit and did it superbly! She is stellar in all areas of real estate and you feel like family with her.
