Amelia Chappel was an excellent partner and advocate who looked out for my interests throughout the purchase and build of my new construction home. I stumbled upon Amelia's page one night after googling industrial condos. The next morning she reached out and thanked me for visiting her site. She stated if I had any questions or had specifics I was looking for to feel free to reach out. This being my first purchase, Amelia was extremely helpful and ALWAYS available throughout the entire process. Even after the sale, she went above and beyond in assisting me with building and parking access. She is genuine, warm-hearted, and the epitome of what I love about the people Texas. I will definitely be recommending her to my family that I expect will be following soon enough. Thank you for making my house a home.
