The next large scale DFW expansion is underway on the Highway 380 Corridor! From Greenville west to Decatur in Wise County, Hwy 380(University Dr.) links 4 North Texas Counties with a modern multilane highway! Similar to the Hwy121 growth of the 80's & 90's, the 380 corridor is all ready and primed for residential and commercial growth.

From Princeton, Mckinney, Frisco and Prosper in Collin County to Little Elm, Cross Roads, Aubrey and Denton in Denton County out to Decatur in Wise County, these communities are located in some of the best and fastest growing locations in the United States.
