Still a Great time to Buy or Sell a home

With the ending of the tax credit, buyers seem to have put the buying process again on hold and are back on the fence waiting for that next great deal to come along. History shows that we gain nothing by waiting, someone else that took advantage of the deal now is reaping the benefits.
