Mixing It Up at Trinity in Downtown Fort Worth

 Trademark Property Co. has partnered with RP Partners, a group of local investors and the city to develop a $100 million mixed-use project on the city’s west side.

WestBend will have 350,000 sf of retail, restaurants, office space and a hotel on the banks of the Trinity River at University Dr.

Kansas-based LodgeWorks LP is planning to develop a 135-room Hyatt Place hotel for the project.

Trademark has also hired Field Paoli, Perkowitz+Ruth, Gensler and Gideon Total to plan the project.

Construction is set to begin in 90 days, with the first phase opening in late 2009.
