It has to be nice to have "deep pockets" like DR Horton does. I really hope that it will spark those that are waiting on the fence to come in and buy a home with those kind of incentives. It is just a matter of time before the market stabilizes and the incentives will be gone because the builders will not be able to keep up with the demand. That will be a time that is not too far away. Good luck!
