Austin too has some great new condo developments. The Four Seasons and the W Austin are two luxury towers that have recently been completed. Condos also support a greener lifestyle, especially the mixed use condos as you mention.

I was recently in Dallas and had the opportunity to visit the Ritz Carlton Residences with my son who was house hunting. We were both very impressed. This is the perfect address for an active young professional seeking a comfortable, conveniently located residence. Kudos!
