The county seat of Dallas is Dallas and the city extends into neighboring counties including Collin, Denton, Kaufman and Rockwall counties.  These areas have exceptional values in homes with high craftsmanship, beautiful architect, community atmosphere and amenities.

The lower segments seem to be moving pretty well and the upper ranges are showing slow but steady activity, however, the middle price ranges are having a difficult time.

Naturally, prices are all relative to each market. You list the amenities of shopping and golf, country club, and recreational areas. Does this bespeak an upscale community, or do you have a lot of country clubs in your area?

Good job with the description of each community!

It's especially important for the out-of-town buyer to have this information. They found a house they love, and instead of having no idea what kind of place they're getting into, they'll find a neighborhood they love as well, out of what looks like a great variety you have to offer in Dallas-Fort Worth!

I still have friends who live there and I cannot believe the size of it now. And now there is a SOUTHWEST Frisco to mention specifically?! geez.

With that being said, I can see why folk with a higher than standard average household income, above average school systems and low crime rates many Texas residents are turning to Dallas and its surrounding areas to find exceptional values in homes.
