I want a house with a huge backyard where my kids could play. My husband and I prefer a spacious backyard because we both want a garden where we can grow flowers and vegetables.

I must admit the price range is pretty good. I particularly like the "very strong" incentives especially the fridge and the 42 in. flat screen TV. It's definitely a bargain...Nice layout too, as shown in the floor plan. Very chic and cozy.
