Upscale Lease Homes in Dallas

In todays economy almost everyone seems to have been affected to one degree or another. Even the higher income earners have felt the impact. In the DFW Real Estate market this has created a stronger niche in the market than we have seem for some time. That niche would be more people wanting to lease upscale properties rather than buy.

Why is this? Well even more affluent individuals have felt the pinch of this economy and may have perhaps taken a bit of a down turn in their credit scores and cash reserves. They also may be a bit sceptical about committing to a 30 year mortgage right now and just want to give the economy a year or so to recover. That would then lead them to the decision to wait on buying a house now and consider leasing instead.
