Since 2008 the Dallas real estate market has been improving
with each year better than the prior year.
This past 2010 the Dallas real estate market saw a strong improvement
and the prediction for 2011 is to be a
stronger year in the real estate market than 2010. What this means for Dallas residents is that
the resale values have remained good, and many are upgrading to larger homes
and first time homebuyers are beginning to shop. Whether the year will hold the wonderful
incentives to purchase that 2010 held is yet to be seen, but what is available
to the eye is the wonderful values that the market still offers.
