Found a home for Lease on our website? We can help you get the process started to leasing that home. Below are the steps we are going to have to take. Let us help you find your next rental home in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Application Process

Each person over the age of 18 must fill out a seperate application.  A married couple must also submit seperate applications.  If there will be a co-signer, they must also submit an application.
 
In order to process the applications the following must be received:

• Completed TAR Application form (Total of 4 pages)
• Fax back Application to our offices at 817-886-4974 with copy of money order (Read Below)
• $35 application fee per application (cashiers check or money order)
• Once the application is accepted, the security deposit will need to be paid by cashiers check or money order.  The security deposit is equal the the first FULL months rent.

Requirments of the Tenants

• Make sure the application is filled out completely
• Provide 2 years of rental history
• Proved the last 2 pay stubs
• The rent can not be more than 1/3 of the gross monthly income
• If self employed, provide bank statements for the last 2 months
• A credit and background check will be done on all applicants

What You Will Need to Qualify for a Lease House:

• You must to be ready to move in within 30 days or less!
• Good stable income: (At least twice what the rent will be)
• Good recent rental/mortgage history: (Last 12 months, no recent foreclosures, no evictions or money still owed to past landlords)
• Decent credit: (Your credit scores do matter but they aren't critical, if your scores are low the landlord can require that you put up more deposit)
• Clean criminal background: Convicted felons need not apply
• Money needed: Application fee (usually around $35/adult, nonrefundable), Deposit (usually same as 1st months rent, due when you sign lease), First Months Rent (due before you move in)
